FAQ
What photo works best?
One pet, face toward the camera, even lighting, no heavy filters. A normal phone photo at arm's length is ideal. Blurry or dark photos may come out soft.
Do you edit the background out?
Yes — we cut the head from the background and place it in your chosen shape. You approve a preview before it goes to production.
Can I put two pets in one item?
Not in this version. One item, one face. Two pets means two items.
Which animals can I use?
Dogs and cats are what we see most, but any pet works — rabbits, birds, reptiles. If the face reads clearly at thumbnail size, it will read on the item.
Can I see a proof before you make it?
Always. You get a digital preview of your pet in the chosen shape and size, and we only cut acrylic after you say yes.
Can I order a memorial piece?
Yes — many of our customers order after a loss. The desk stand sits well on a memorial shelf, and the ornament is made for a first Christmas without them. If your photo is old, worn or low-resolution, tell us and we'll be honest about what to expect before you pay.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as it takes. The digital proof is free and unlimited — we adjust the crop, the cut and the text until you're happy. We'd rather revise ten times than ship something that doesn't look like your pet.
How long does it take?
Production and shipping times are pending supplier confirmation and will be published here before we take orders.
What about my photo?
It is used only to make your item. Ask us to delete it any time. We do not use customer photos in advertising without written permission.
Returns?
Custom items can't be resold, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If we make a mistake — wrong photo, wrong shape, damaged in transit — we remake or refund it.
